Harry Potter is Back!

The famous author, J.K Rowling, announced that next month 4 new Harry Potter stories will be released! So, if you thought you won’t hear from Harry Potter in the future you were wrong!

It was confirmed on Pottermore, J.K. Rowling’s website, that in June, the eBooks will be released. And on that site, Rowling shared a bit of information about what we should expect from the new series of books.

The eBooks will be Hogwarts lessons’ based and will be illustrated by the artist Rohan Daniel Eason.

It says on Pottermore: “Prepare to delve deeper into the rich history of magic (be it our own Muggle history, or the magical world created by J.K. Rowling) with this new series of eBook shorts, inspired by the British Library exhibition and its companion books, Harry Potter: A History of Magic. In addition to exploring the origins of magic through history and folklore, the eBook shorts will also feature notes, manuscript pages and charming sketches as previously seen in Harry Potter: A History of Magic”.

The sort stories will ‘take you back in time once again to learn about the traditional folklore and magic at the heart of the Harry Potter stories’.

The names of the eBooks are –

Harry Potter: A Journey Through Charms and Defence Against the Dark Arts

Harry Potter: A Journey Through Potions and Herbology

Harry Potter: A Journey Through Divination and Astronomy

Harry Potter: A Journey Through Care of Magical Creatures

According to Pottermore –

“The first pair, themed on Charms and Defence Against the Dark Arts, and Potions and Herbology, respectively, will be published on 27 June, while the others will follow soon after. Stay tuned!”

Liverpool won the Champions League with 2:0 win over Tottenham

Liverpool has won the Champions League for the 6th time.

Before the game started there was a minute of hand clapping in memory for Jose Antonio Reyes who died in a car accident the morning of the game.

Mohamed Salah scored in a penalty kick within 2 min into the game, Divock Origi finished the game with a goal in the 87th minute. Jürgen Klopp and his players finished a great season with the title.

The game started with a penalty kick called within only 24 seconds. But for 30 minutes after Liverpool goal, no team really threatened the net.

Tottenham controlled the first 25 minutes of the second half, Liverpool took a defensive strategy and sent only few players to play in the front.

According to sources, the two talented kids of NBA legend, Lebron James, will play next year for Sierra Canyon School in Chatsworth, California.

Lebron James Jr and Bryce James, 14 and 11 years old in accordance, are leaving Crossroads School in Santa Monica, California, and will attend Sierra Canyon.

According to The Los Angeles Daily News, Zaire Wade, the son of the future hall of famer Dwayne Wade, is moving to Sierra Canyon as well and probably will team up with LBJ JR.

Bronny will be a 9-grader and Zaire is already a junior at American Heritage High School in Plantation, Florida.

The news confirmed by Lebron James himself in his Instagram story on Wednesday night.

Not after the season finale of the epic series, one of its main characters, the actor who played Jon Snow for 8 seasons, Kit Harrington, got into a “wellness retreat”. It shouldn’t impact any of his future projects.

Kit’s agent said – “Kit has decided to utilize this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues… It definitely won’t impact any potential upcoming work.”

The actor seemed to be emotional in Game of Thrones documentary. Kit got emotional on the last table read when he found out the Jon Snow kills his lover Daenerys Targaryen and also burst into tears after shooting his last scene.

For the first time ever – The Raptors are in the NBA finals!

It wasn’t easy at first, but a 26:3 run in the second half helped the Raptors to win Milwaukee 100:94 in game 6 of the eastern conference finals and advance to the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors.

Toronto managed to get to the finals for the first time ever in franchise history. Toronto have the home court advantage in this series and will host the Warriors Thursday night.

The Bucks opened the game strong and in the end of the first quarter they led 31:18. The Raptors fought back and the half time score was 50:43 for the guests.

Milwaukee led by as much as 15 when the clock showed 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter, but 10:0 run led by Kawai Leonard in the last 2 minutes of the 3rd, cut down the lead to just 5 points.

From then on, the Raptors took the lead and finished the game strong.

Kawai scored 27 points, collected 17 rebounds and dished 7 assists and made history by carrying the team to its first final appearance ever.

Anti-Trump Activists’ Twitter Accounts Were Banned for Life

Twitter banned two account of Anti-Trump users that had been trolling the president and his supported in the past.

Twitter alleged these accounts for using bot accounts to increase their reach. The statement said –

 “The Twitter Rules apply to everyone…Operating multiple fake accounts and purchasing account interactions are strictly prohibited. Engaging in these behaviors will result in permanent suspension from the service.”

The owners of these accounts are two brothers, Ed and Brian Krassenstein, claimed they haven’t used fake accounts. One of the brothers, Ed, wrote on Facebook –

“If Twitter wants to ban us for having multiple accounts then that’s their right…. Our multiple accounts did not break any of Twitters terms, but it’s their right to ban whoever they want. What they shouldn’t be doing is smearing our names over and over again by claiming that we ‘purchased account interactions.’”

Based on the stats from SocialBlade, the Krassenstein brothers have managed to get over 1.6 million followers combined by the time they were banned.

The brothers house was raided by federal agents accusing them for involvement in international fraud ring in 2016. They claimed they didn’t do anything illegal and were not charged.

The Golden State Warriors advanced to 5th straight finals

It was pretty obvious at the begging of the season after signing Demarcus Cousins, but things didn’t go their way throughout the season with many injuries and too many shocking loses.

Later in the post season, they lost Kevin Durant, arguably the best player in the world, and Demarcus Cousins, one of the best centers in the league.

Some reporters and sport analysts said it’s over for them after losing Durant in the series against Houston.

But then things started to click, and the Warriors went to beat the Rockets in 6 games, and swept Portland in the conference finals.

Curry was huge and had MVP like stats, Green was a defensive force and a triple double machine, and Klay provided lockdown defense and spacing the floor. They looked like the team that won 73 games 3 years ago, poetry in motion.

In my opinion, the absent of Durant and Cousins just showed the world that the Warriors is the best team in the world, and they can lose two all-stars to free agency but still be a force to reckon with.

Just INCREDIBLE!

Finding the words to write this post has left me overwhelmed with how much I want to say but how small words feel in comparison to what this show and Dany have meant to me. The mother of dragons chapter has taken up the whole of my adult life. This woman has taken up the whole of my heart. I’ve sweated in the blaze of dragon fire, shed many tears at those who left our family early, and wrung my brain dry trying to do Khaleesi and the masterful words, actions (and names) I was given, justice. Game of Thrones has shaped me as a woman, as an actor and as a human being. I just wish my darling dad was here now to see how far we’ve flown. But to you, dear kind magical fans, I owe you so much thanks, for your steady gaze at what we’ve made and what I’ve done with a character that was already in the hearts of many before I slipped on the platinum wig of dreams. Warner Bros announced that ‘Mortal Kombat’ will be released in 2021

One of the biggest video games of all time, Mortal Kombat, will be made into a movie by Warner Bros. and will be in theaters on March 5th, 2021.

This news comes 24 hours after the announcement of Sony and Mattel Films’ Masters of the Universe, which might become a competition in the box offices.

The upcoming film will be the third movie base on the successful video game ‘Mortal Kombat’. The last two released on 1995 and 1997. The new movie will be produced by James Wan (“Aquaman”) and directed by Simon McQuoid.

 The lase video game of the franchise, Mortal Kombat 11, has lots of good reviews by gamers  all over the world.

Unknown Player from the Celtics Said ‘He’s Hard to Play With. It’s All About Him’ About Kyrie Irving

The Boston Celtics were defeated by the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday and are out of the playoff despite high hopes at the beginning of the season. Celtics’ Irving looked bad on the court in the last 3 games of the series (Out of 5).

His stats look pretty solid – he averaged 20.4 points and 6.4 assists per game in the eastern conference semifinals, but was inefficient and shot 35.6% from the field and under 22% from 3. In this series we saw a different Kyrie, one we didn’t think exists. Can he lead a team? What other players think of him?

Irving, a 6-time all-star, is a free agent this summer and rumors spread all over last season about his future. One unknown player shared with Stadium’s Jeff Goodman his opinion about Kyrie “Everyone respects his talent… But he’s hard to play with. It’s all about him.”

One player that is on Kyrie’s side, Marcus Smart, and he doesn’t blame the all-star for the early exit from the playoff. Smart said – “That’s bullshit. Not one of us on this team know what Kyrie’s been through…It was hard for him as well… He had to come into a situation knowing that this is a group of guys that had something going before [he came] here.”

In the summer of 2017, after losing in the Finals to the Golden State Warriors, Kyrie demanded a trade from the Cavs and was traded to Boston. He wanted to lead a team and he knew that with Lebron on the roster, this will be impossible. It seems like maybe Kyrie should be the second option behind a superstar in order to get the best out of a situation.

We just need to wait for July in order to see where he is headed. Will he stay in Boston? Would he reunite with Lebron in L.A?

The Fans Want a Change!

Angry Lakers fans protested outside the team’s arena – the well-known Staples Center. The fans are not happy of how things turned out this past season.

The season started with high hopes when the Lakers managed to sign Lebron James, one of the greatest players of all time. But from that point, things started go sideways…

It continued when no other superstar signed with the team, then followed with questionable signs of free agents like Michael Beasley, Lance Stephenson, Javale McGee. If that wasn’t enough, the young core of the Lakers showed no signs of improvement despite the high hopes.

Against all odds, the Lakers took the 4th seed in the west and things looked pretty good. But on Dec 25th, Lebron got injured and missed almost 20 games and the young core as well and the Lakers found themselves out of the playoff race – for the six time in a row.

Then “Magic” Johnson, the team’s president of basketball operations and the one who convinced Lebron to sign with the Lakers, resigned without informing Jenny Bass – the team owner. They fired their head coach Luke Walton and still couldn’t find any other coach to replace him.

These days, we hear some rumors that the team is trying to trade Lebron…

The loyal fans are sick of this and they want a change.

If you had your high school reunion already you know that feeling before the event – all day long you wonder who made it, who drives a better car, who married the prettiest girl. But imagine that one of your classmates is one of the most successful actors in the movie industry and is currently part of one of the most successful movies of all time.

So, this wild idea just happened to everybody in the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, when someone special arrived – Chris Evans or you might call him Captain America.

Chris tried to blend in and even had a tag name on his chest with his name “Chris”.

The reunion party was in Conrad’s Restaurant in Sudbury, Massachusetts. No-one expected him to come but he surprised everyone.

Donna Scott, one of the restaurant’s managers, told to boston.com: “Many people wanted to take pictures with him. Everyone was pretty excited that he was there… I know one of my waiters heard that [Chris] was in there. And [the waiter] has two young boys, so he purposely made a point to come into the room to ask if he could take a photo with him.”

Her sister Kourtney said on the “The Ellen Show” that took place on Thursday that Kim should have been on the show as well but she canceled at the last minute due the labor.

Kris Jenner, the mother of the family, even said she didn’t know that labor had started until Kourtney told her on the show.

According to Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke – The 5th Episode Is “Bigger” Than Episode 3.

Episode 3 was one of the biggest and most important of the whole series. The surprising ending was one of the most memorable moment so far in the show.

But we might be blown away once again…

Emilia Clarke, you might recognize her as khaleesi, said that the 5th episode will be “bigger” and suggesting us to watch it on the biggest screen possible.

While on the show Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Emilia said –

“They’re going to be mental. Episode five is bigger… I mean, four, five, and six – they’re all insane. Find the biggest TV you can.”

She also talked about the filming process of the 3rd episode –

“What you saw was really what it was like shooting it, so you saw blood and mud and angry screaming people, and then backstage there was blood and mud and… asleep people… It was amazing we didn’t actually kill anyone. It was extraordinary.”
