Microsoft Introducing New Surface Products

The Coronavirus caused lots of event cancellations, but it doesn’t mean companies stopped making new products. Now it is Microsoft turn to announce their new Surface series –

Surface Book 3

One of the most interesting products on the list. The Surface Laptop 3 will include the Gen-10 Intel processors.

The 13-inch model will have an i5 processors – start from $1600

The 15-inch model will have an i7 processors – start from $2300

The maximum RAM is 32GB and the maximum storage will be 2TB SSD.

Surface Go 2

Samsung and Apple are already considered big “players” in this niche. Microsoft got their answer – The Surface Go 2.

10.5 -inch screen with 1920×1280 resolution and 220ppi. There are different models –

Pentium Gold processor, 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage for $400

Gen-8 m3 processor, 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage for $629

The keyboard is sold separately for $99.

Surface Headphones 2

This new model support Bluetooth 5.0, 20-hours battery life and slight changes in the design.

These headphones will cost $250.

Surface Earbuds

We already know about these earbuds but today it is official! These headphones will cost $200 and will be available from May 12th.

Microsoft Releases 2 Free Python Courses

Microsoft just released 2 new courses for learning one of the most popular languages in the world – Python!

It is always good to learn new things, and now with the new situation we got into, the Coronavirus, we have more free time than usual and we need to take advantage of it.

Now Microsoft is here to help you take you skills to the new level and published 2 free courses – Python for beginners and Python for Data Science and Machine Learning.

It is important to say that these courses are not for complete beginners, and it requires a little knowledge in Python of Javascript.

The videos are about 15 minutes top, so you get little chunks of information each time.

Microsoft Shares New Info On The New Xbox

after Sony informed that the new Playstation arrives soon, it’s Microsoft turn to share some new details about their gaming console.

The Xbox Series X will arrive in the holidays (along with the PlayStation), but until then, both companies revealed new info –

Extremely High Performances –

Microsoft shared the full specs of the Series X –

Zen 2 processor with 8 cores @ 3.8 GHz, RDNA 2-class graphic engine, 16 giga RAM and 1TB SSD of storage.

This machine will cast games at 4K @ 60 FPS, up to 120 FPS and will support the RayTracing technology that present light effects for more realistic pictures.

The usage of SSD hard-drive is one of the main reasons that the console’s performances at the demo – 40 second difference in loading time between Xbox One and Series X.

Microsoft shared a new feature called Xbox Velocity Architecture which combine hardware and software architecture and allows games to get the resources they need fast. Now developers can skip long cut scenes to load the next chapter of the game.

The controller is going to change as well – the controllers will fit the hand of an 8-year-old but it won’t worsen the gaming experience of someone with big hands. The controllers will be charged with USB type C.

We will be able to expand the memory of the console. Don’t get to excited because these special hard drives will cost about $200, so we will have to be very careful about it.

Wireless headphones, folding tablet with 2 screens, 2-in-1 computers and folding smartphones.

Surface Neo – 2 screens, one tablet

Weights 655 grams with 2 LCD screens that can work separately and together as well. The operating system is Windows 10X. You will be able to open 2 apps, each on one screen, or 1 app on both screens.

Surface Laptop 3

This model should compete with Apple’s MacBook. It has intel’s 10th gen processor. This laptop will have 2 models – 15-inch and 13-inch models both supports fast charging which allows you to charge 80% of your battery within one hour.

Surface Pro 7 and Surface Pro X

The Pro 7 will have intel’s 10th gen processor while the Pro X will have new processor called SQ1 that was developed by Microsoft and Qualcomm

Surface Earbuds

These are the first true wireless headphone that made by Microsoft. You will have 24-hours of use between charges and has a touchpad that will allow you control certain apps.

Would Microsoft Back in The Cell Phone Market?

On October 2nd the giant tech company, Microsoft, will hold a big event that will be streamed live, which is already unusual for Microsoft.

Sources and rumors tell that it might be one of the most important events the company had in years.

 We hope Microsoft will share more than just the new Surface computers.

We will probably see new models for the successful surface computers such as Surface Pro 7, Surface Book 3 and Surface Laptop 3.

Microsoft might share new details about the “Project Centaurus” – small folding laptop based on a new operation system called Windows Core OS.

There is a possibility than Microsoft will also share details about a secret project called ‘Andromeda’ – cell phone \ tiny computer based on Core OS.

This operation system is source for all the rumors due to the fact that it intended for devices that needs light OS, good battery usage and that can keep active and connected to the internet all day long, even if the device is not in use.

According to sources, Satya Nadella, Microsoft CEO will attend the event – very promising.
